Free Health and Fitness Assessment

I offer all prospective clients a free 1-hour Health and Fitness assessment. No obligations. I want to work with people who want to work with me and will be as serious about achieving their goals as I am helping them achieve those goals. This is a very important first step in the process and the information gathered has to be taken into consideration during the program design of the custom workouts and nutrition programs.

The 1 hour Health and Fitness Assessment Includes:

  • Physical activity readiness questionnaires (PAR-Q)

  • Medical History/Current medical conditions

  • Current medications, vitamins, supplements being taken

  • Injury History, Past Surgeries, Activity Restrictions

  • Stress Levels/Sleep

  • NUTRITION

  • Health and Fitness Goals

  • Current exercise/fitness programs

  • Resting Heart Rate

  • Target Heart Rate Zones during workouts

  • Biometric Screening including: weight, body fat %, muscle mass%, Visceral Fat, BMI, Body age, and circumference measurements (Biceps to the calf)

  •  Last but not least the Workout!!!!

The workout consists of a dynamic warm up, upper body, lower body, core, cardiovascular exercises, and cool down stretching. During that workout I will assess posture, balance, coordination, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle imbalances, core strength, speed, agility, quickness, power, etc.

When the assessment process is complete I will make a recommendation on how many sessions per week and how long your training program should be based on your goals and current physical abilities.
