Online Personal Training

Are you ready to make a big change to your strength and fitness yet can't regularly commit to in person training with us?

We've developed our online coaching service to provide as much (if not more!) accountability than our in person training so that you can train at a time, place and with equipment that is convenient to you.

Our Online Personal Training involves much more than just being sent a pre-made program and then left in the dark. It is more of a lifestyle transformation service. We’ll work on exercise technique, your physical goals like improving your strength and fitness all while laying down brick after brick on the nutrition side so that it seems like you aren’t even trying!

What’s Included:

  • HABIT-BASED NUTRITION GUIDANCE
    You’ll have daily, weekly and monthly nutrition guidance to follow in order to build habits so that you can achieve your goals on autopilot.

  • MONTHLY REASSESSMENTS
    Video chat check-ins every month to reassess biometric numbers, review, plan ahead, set new goals and to address any challenges that arise.

  • WEEKLY CHECK-IN
    You’ll submit a check-in every week that will give accountability and help guide any tweaks we need to make to the plan.

  • DAILY COACH SUPPORT
    I’m always available for support with the more pressing matters that can’t wait until check-in for answers within 24 hours.

  • POSTURE AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
    In-depth posture and movement analysis to identify target areas and movement capabilities to build on.

  • PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
    We provide a reliable, dependable, and high quality service built on doing business with integrity. We follow the government’s latest guidance to hygiene, distancing and PPE as your health and safety is paramount to our service.

  • ON-GOING EDUCATION
    As we go, I’ll fill you in with the underlying principles we are using to get results so that you aren’t tied to a single method.

Online Training Packages

The Online training packages are cost-effective, paid monthly, include nutrition guidance and your commitment is rewarded. I hold myself to high standards and I will get you amazing results if you are as committed and serious about your goals as I am to helping you achieve them. If you aren’t quite ready to commit to yourself and make 1 or 2 small training, nutrition and lifestyle changes each month then maybe I’m not the coach for you right now. Typically our online training packages start at $280/month depending on the number of sessions desired and number of people being trained (up to 4).

In-Home Personal Training

Are you eager to get a head start with your health and fitness goals but concerned about the cleanliness of gyms or just don’t have enough time in the day to make it to the gym?

We take your health seriously, that's why we’ve created this brand-new service bringing our amazing personal training options to your home. Our At-Home Personal Training involves much more than randomized sweaty workouts.

​You’ll receive our full support and lifestyle transformation service in order to take care of everything from the time we are training you to the other 23 hours of the day. Never again will you be unsure of what you should do or what you should eat.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is it really Personal Training if it is delivered online?
Yes! The process is the same whether we meet in person or online. We gather a lot of information from you in order to build up a comprehensive picture of what you are like and where you are at including a postural and movement assessment. We’ll then get on a video call to dig deeper into your goals and find out anything else we should know before making your training and nutrition plans. 

What if I don't have access to the equipment on the program?
During our assessment process at start up we’ll ask you for a list of all the equipment you have available. We’ll then program and plan your training within the boundaries of what you have available. Remember, this is a totally personalized service. You won’t be sent a generic program that you can’t do on your own.

What locations do you cover?
We are based in San Tan Valley, Arizona and generally travel within a 5-10 mile radius for in-home training sessions. Online training sessions are done throughout the U.S.A with scheduled times based on location time zones. We currently work with clients in Arizona, Illinois, Texas, Florida, Wisconsin, and California to name a few.

What if I don’t have any exercise equipment?
Depending on your goal, equipment may not be necessary. For some strength related goals, some equipment becomes necessary and may need to be purchased for online and/or in-home training sessions. For in home training sessions we can bring a variety of fitness equipment with us to each appointment. This allows you to keep things clutter free and not purchase anything that won’t get used.

How many days per week do I have to train?
We’d normally recommend 2 to 3 times per week for best results however we’ll normally start with 2 planned sessions to get the momentum going. If you can commit 30-60 minutes every single day to something physical such as stretching, swimming, jogging, cycling, strength training, or walking outside of your planned 60 minute training sessions then you’ll get amazing results.

Are my results guaranteed?
Every training session is designed for you. There are weekly check-ins and a regular reviews to keep you accountable. We’ll make changes to your program when needed to keep you moving forward. We’ll overcome stumbling blocks as they crop up. All of this ensures you make the progress you want and deserve. Ultimately the commitment you make to achieve your goals and your adherence to the program will dictate your results in the short and long term.
